Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs are a quick and delicious breakfast option. Customize them with your favorite herbs and cheese for extra flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter or cooking oil
  • Chopped fresh herbs optional
  • Grated cheese optional

Instructions:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with milk, salt, and pepper

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add the butter or cooking oil

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for a few seconds until the edges start to set

Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, pushing them from the edges towards the center

Continue to cook and stir until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny

If desired, sprinkle chopped herbs and grated cheese over the eggs and stir for another minute until fully cooked

Remove from heat, serve immediately, and enjoy
