Ingredients:
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 2 cups chocolate mousse
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/4 cup mint extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions:
Put chocolate cookie crumbs at the bottom of parfait glasses
Put some chocolate mousse on top of the crumbs
Put mint extract into Baileys Irish Cream and mix it together
Then, drizzle it over the mousse layer
Cover the whole thing with a thick layer of caramel sauce
Do this again and again until the glass is almost full
Finish by putting some whipped cream on top
