Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
A 9x13-inch baking pan should be greased
Put the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl
Mix everything together well
Put the brownie batter into the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly
Beat cream cheese until its smooth in a different bowl
Put in the flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract
Blend or beat until smooth and creamy
Cover the brownie batter layer in the baking pan with the cheesecake mix
In an oven that has already been heated, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the middle is still a little wobbly
After taking it out of the oven, let it cool all the way down in the pan on a wire rack
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until its cold and set
Make bars, serve, and enjoy
