Ingredients:
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- Your favorite dry rub seasoning
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- Aluminum foil
Instructions:
For smoke flavor, heat your smoker to 225F 107C with your favorite wood chips or chunks
Take off the membrane from the back of the ribs so that the flavor can get in better
Use a lot of your favorite dry rub seasoning on the ribs, making sure to cover all sides evenly
Setting up the smoker is easy
Just put the ribs on the grate and let them smoke for three hours
Take the ribs out of the smoker after 3 hours and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil
Add 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar to the foil packet before you seal it
Put the foiled ribs back in the smoker and cook them for two more hours
Carefully take the ribs out of the oven after two hours and brush them with the last half cup of apple cider vinegar
For the last hour, put the ribs that have not been wrapped back in the smoker
This will give them a nice bark and finish cooking
After the ribs are done, take them out of the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes
Then, cut them up and serve
